I have been struggling with sugar for basically my whole life I have never been a "real" food eater, and have really been a "snacker" to say the least. Stephanie presents this book in a way not to discourage you as some others do shaming you for the eating habits that you may have but a way to make you be able to understand and see what you need to do in order to make yourself the "best you" possible, by showing you how to jump start your life into something more healthy.
The 10- day cleanse that she talks about isn't something that you are never going to be able to maintain like an all juice diet or something absurb like your only allowed to eat certain types of meats. It teaches you how to eat food properly and what foods to better incorporate into your diet.
This diet is based on metabolic training and proven results which makes me think that this program is not just for 10 days but something that can be carried on into a complete lifestyle change with the recipes and shopping lists makes this program easy for me to make into something more long term.
This book is really worth giving a read; if you want to turn your life into something more healthful and full of energy; then give it a try you have nothing to lose.
